What you'll be doing

  • Processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Managing debtor and creditor data within our systems
  • Supporting month-end processes and ensuring compliance with policies
  • Assisting internal teams and external stakeholders with financial enquiries
  • Providing general administrative support - emails, calls & filing

What we're looking for

You will be a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for excellent service. 

  • Experience in accounts receivable or similar finance roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence using Excel, Word, and financial systems
  • Clear communication skills and a team-focused mindset
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Remuneration:

Queensland Local Government Industry (Stream A: Division 2, Section 1) Award – State 2017 Level 2 to 3 dependent on qualifications and experience 

$74,875 to $84,366 p.a. + Locality Allowance paid on pro rata basis

Superannuation

12% Superannuation contributions
