We are seeking a proactive individual to serve as a Council ambassador, providing the community with timely information and enforcement on local laws, conducting patrols, investigating complaints, impounding stray animals and illegal items, managing Cooktown Wharf operations and interpreting relevant regulations.

- relevant tertiary qualification (desirable)
- ability to build productive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
- good working knowledge of Local Government functions
