An amazing opportunity exists for a highly motivated and forward-thinking individual to take on the role of Civil Operations Coordinator.

Reporting to the Manager, Engineering, this exciting and challenging position will lead a team in delivering quality work across our communities.  

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the staff in the civil operations department in a professional and ethical manner.
  • The delivery of multi-million infrastructure projects, including capital, operational, maintenance and disaster relief works.
  • The development and coordination of construction and operational maintenance programs for civil engineering, fleet and workshop and GIS/Survey.
  • Effective supervision, development, motivation and performance management of staff within the department.  
  • Effective financial control of maintenance services and capital projects in accordance with budgetary constraints.
  • The compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
