This key position needs a seasoned professional to shape and lead HR and Safety initiatives that support a culture of excellence and empower employees across all levels. Reporting directly to the CEO, and a part of the Executive Leadership Team, your expertise will be highly valued.
This role touches on all aspects of people practice in HR and Safety and is a broad generalist leadership role that includes talent, reward, employee relations, engagement, performance management and capability development.
You are a pragmatic and dynamic individual, with a proven track record of seamlessly shifting from operational day to day, through to leading strategic initiatives. As a natural leader, you inspire your team whilst ensuring your advice is transparent, evidence based, friendly and timely.
