Reporting directly to the Executive Manager People & Performance, you will support a fast-paced team in a Council committed to shaping the landscape and fostering growth within the communities it serves.

We are seeking someone who has the following qualities:
- qualification in Business Administration, HR, WHS or other related field
- strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise their work effectively
- strong attention to detail and accuracy in their work
- proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- positive, 'can-do' attitude
